Back2toes offers a specialised foot therapy for dancers. Debbie uses a mixture of Sports massage and Reflexology to give you a Pedastress treatment tailored exactly to what you need.
This can be a treatment to prepare your feet for the weekend, warming up your muscles and ligaments, aligning the tissues and increasing your flexibility or maybe a treatment to repair your tired aching muscles, soothe the damaged tissues with cooling treatments and ease away the swelling.
Back2toes also carries a range of dance related products for you to buy such as:
