To book an appointment please telephone the clinic between 9am and 6pm to arrange a convenient time. On your first visit a detailed case history will be taken, with questions about lifestyle and general health. This can take up to 15 minutes and so the initial visit is usually booked for that much longer. To save time and therefore reduce your costs please click here to download the Case History Form and post/email to Back2toes prior to your visit. As there are a few conditions which may mean that treatment cannot go ahead or that require a doctor’s referral, submitting the form beforehand means that any issues can be discussed with you in advance and any necessary action taken.

Please note the following cancellation policy:
- no charge if more than 1 working days notice
- 50% charge if less than 1 working days notice
- full fee charged for no-show / no notice

ON THE ROAD  

EVENTS
Bookings are taken at each event on a first come, first served basis. To avoid disappointment it is possible to book beforehand by telephoning the clinic between 9am and 6pm to arrange a convenient time.

If you are a new client then it is important that you arrive 5 mins early for your event appointment in order to complete the Case History Form. However as there are a few conditions which may mean that treatment cannot go ahead or that require a doctor’s referral it is preferable if this form can be completed and submitted prior to your appointment. Alternatively call by the Back2toes stand at the event and pick up a Case History Form to fill in and submit prior to your appointment.

MONTHLY DANCE CLINICS
All appointments are prebooked for these events. Please telephone the clinic between 9am and 6pm to arrange a convenient time. As there are a few conditions which may mean that treatment cannot go ahead or that require a doctor’s referral it is important that this form be completed and submitted prior to your initial appointment.
